As soon as you wake up, before reaching for your phone or starting your routine, take a moment to pause. Sit up comfortably or stay lying down. Close your eyes and take 3–5 deep breaths, slowly inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Ask yourself:

  • “How am I feeling right now?”

  • “What kind of energy am I waking up with today?”

Let your awareness scan your body, noting any areas of tightness, discomfort, or ease.

Imagine your body as a map of energy centers (chakras). Without overthinking, check in from root to crown:

  • Do any chakras feel blocked, overactive, or out of balance?

  • Where are you holding tension or emotion?
